Garden lifestyle store and cafe @ 1 Utama

One day when i passed by 1U, i saw a very beautiful garden type of cafe somewhere near the escalator, in my heart, i know i will come back one day later

This is the one and the main entrance of the cafe, the other one is link to Voir boutique.

There are so many types of flowers for decoration.

There is a piano sitting in the middle of the main entrance. When i almost want to leave that place, only i saw a girl is playing with that.

Home made Wild Mushroom soup
- I claim that this soup is very nice but when they serve me that time was not a hot soup as what i expected, the portion is kinda small, like few spoonful only, little bit pricey, its actually not worth for it

For those who are my close friend, sure know i hardly drink hot tea. Because for the ambience make me want to try for that evening.

Mix Fruits hot tea
- Nice fragrance for the tea, very fruity also.

I get bored with the western food, hence i give local food a try

Nasi Lemak
- The ikan bilis are crunchy, go very well with the sambal. As you can see the chicken more towards overcook side.

Pan Fry Salmon Fillet
- I love the vegetables with mushroom as these full of "wok hei" in chinese. Nothing to talk about the potato salad as it normal to me, the skin of the salmon is very cripsy, i'm not sure what is the green source, but nice to eat

Meal will never end without a desert.

Pineapple Sorbet
- According to my friend, this is frozen blended pineapple juice. 1st time i got to try this.

Santini @ Jaya One

I believe you guys heard of Jaya One? This place is located somewhere near Utar PJ, is a famous dining area in town recently. That night, I had my valentine dinner at Santini (heard it is San Fransisco Steak House's subsidiary).
My dinner came with a set of complimentary bread with vinegar oil, 2 appetizers , 1 main course and 1 dessert with coffee or tea.

Complimentary Bread + vinegar oil
- Just a very normal toast bread, the vinegar portion is so little that you can barely taste it..


1st appetizer --- Scallops
- From Valentine till now it has been more than 1 month, i still miss this. The Scallops are very fresh and go very well with the sauce, once you put inside your mouth, like heavenly food to me.

2nd appetizer -- Spaghetti
- Don't be cheated by the picture, actually there's just a few bites. Personally, i don't like this dish because is a dry version, for me this spaghetti taste like it was served to you cooked without any sauce however, the fresh prawns and asparagus save this dish.

Main course -- Creamy Fish
- Its a grill fish on the top with some spinach and clams at the bottom.

Main Course -- Steak
- I actually forgot the name of this dish. The steak came with some cherry tomatoes (good), cucumbers, carrots and the potato pastry..

Dessert -- Cheese cake
- I'm a cheese cake lover, i actually was too greedy and had 1 1/2 cheese cake, its very nice and cheesy. I don't mind if they served me 10 cheese cakes like this for that night. Hehhehee..
